I'm just a suburban mom/Stepford wife and self-described "fraidy-cat." A runner, open-heart surgery surviver and wannabe writer, I created this blog as a space to share personal narratives and pictures to use as stepping stones on my journey toward braveness and strength. My hope is that this blog will help create connections with other women and together we can discover our true, authentic and BRAVE selves.
